Payment & Order Policy
Each Mortada Jewelry creation is crafted exclusively upon order.
Cancellations:
Within 7 days: 80% refund
After 7 days: 50% refund
After shipping: non-refundable
Exchanges:
Clients may exchange their piece for another of equal or higher value within 60 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, in perfect condition, and returned with its original packaging and certificate.
Order Modifications:
Design changes after confirmation may extend production and incur additional fees.
Lead Time:
Estimated delivery is 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity.
Authenticity & Care:
Each piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and may benefit from our lifetime after-sales services (cleaning, polishing, resizing where possible).

As every Mortada Jewelry creation is made-to-order, full refunds cannot be accommodated.
Partial Refunds
Cancellation within 7 days of payment: 80% refund.

Once a piece has been shipped, it is considered finalized and is not eligible for refund.

2. Exchanges

Should a client not be fully satisfied upon receiving their order, they may exchange it for a new Mortada Jewelry creation of equal or higher value within 60 days of delivery.
Conditions
The piece must be unworn, in flawless condition, and returned with its original packaging, certificate of authenticity, and any accompanying documentation.

Any adjustments requested after design confirmation may result in additional charges and could extend the production timeline.
Post-Approval Adjustments
Changes after production has commenced are not always feasible. Where possible, they will incur supplementary costs.
